Ho Ho Ho! Starbucks Delivers First Iced Coffee Holiday Drink Ever

It’s fondly labeled the Spiced Sweet Cream Nariño 70 Cold Brew, and it’s coming to a Starbucks near you very soon. Coffee lovers are excited for the popular brand’s first ever iced coffee holiday drink. The yummy cold brew sounds heavenly with a “dash of spice and a float of house-made sweet cream.”

Heck, the new Nariño 70 Cold Brew is not too bad in the calorie department either. According to the numbers, there are 110 calories in a 12 ounce serving, with total fat coming in at 6 grams.

It’s not easy being an iced-coffee fanatic all year round, because you have to deal with frozen fingers from the elements and those folks who push eggnog lattes on you every holiday. However, iced coffee has its amazing benefits for those who love to indulge. It never burns your tongue, has less acid, so it’s kinder to your stomach and teeth. It looks hip drinking it out of a mason jar, etc. It also has a better taste, because cold brew unleashes coffee’s finest natural essences.

Starbucks’ first iced coffee holiday drink is specially prepared, too. This ain’t your mama’s cold brew, boys and girls. The brand carefully brews it for 20 hours before you even get to taste it. The coffee is also infused with winter-feel-good spices like cinnamon, anise, nutmeg and vanilla. Can you say, delicious?

The Nariño 70 Cold Brew provides a kick of caffeine at 140 mg.

Happy Holidays.
